Is expedited shipping available?
Express deliveries are available to the USA for $39.99. Most, but not all, USPS Express zones are 1 day deliveries. Check www.USPS.com for 2 day Express zones. We ship from 60030.
How much is International shipping?
$29.99 Worldwide and $25.99 to Canada.
Please allow 3 weeks (in metric) for shipments outside the USA.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders generally take approximately 24-48 hours to process before they are shipped. This may vary depending on the time the order was placed (e.g. weekends or after hours), credit verification time, etc. If there is a significant delay you will be contacted via phone and/or email.
Delivery times are good faith estimates, not iron clad guarantees. Occasionally there are delays in courier times which we cannot control (Covid, severe weather, worker strikes, crazed gunmen at the post office, etc.).
We appreciate your patience and do everything humanly possible to get you your order promptly. Nobody likes to wait – we get it.
What forms of payment does HockeyJerseyOutlet.com accept?

What is returnable and not returnable?
All close out sales are considered final. There are no cash refunds.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NEVER RETURNABLE. Who wants a “Symski #47” jersey?

Can’t decide what gift or size to buy?
Hockeyjerseyoutlet.com Gift Certificates lets the recipient make any selection they’d like (within a budget of your choosing). We highly recommend the $500 package! :-)
Can I put my own name on a jersey?
YES, you can put ANY personal name and number (well…other than Adolph Hitler, Charles Manson and those types of deranged psychos) on any jersey for $80 (Youth $70). We sew everything on and use a nameplate just like the pros. Please allow roughly 4 weeks to order and sew lettering kits.
Are there any additional taxes?
All internet are charged 8% Illinois sales tax – these funds help provide posh and comfy prison cells for our numerous jailed politicians (Blago, Ryan, Jackson, etc.).
International IMPORT FEES are determined by each country and ARE NOT INCLUDED in the shipping fees or the hockeyjerseyoutlet.com listing price.
